  • Our client: a major U.S. electric utility that owns and maintains nuclear operations in many states.
  • Their needs: candidates for similar key roles at three sites in a wide-scale operational improvement effort.
  • The research: A quick identification of the operational professionals who possess the requisite experience and the drive to implement positive improvements in site operations was followed by interviewing and selection process across multiple locations.
  • The result: offers to three stellar candidates.
  • Our client’s need: two federal services contracting firms joined forces to manage a defense manufacturing services contract. After evaluating internal candidates and not filling the role, the joint venture engaged KeySource Global to identify candidates to serve as its Chief Operating Officer.
  • The research: To qualify for this leadership role, candidates needed to have managed complex manufacturing and highly-classified assembly operations. Additionally, candidates were to have an outstanding safety record and quality programs.
  • The result: the client quickly selected its new COO.
  • The follow up: Shortly after the candidate was hired one of the partner companies moved its President to another subsidiary. This shift resulted in promoting the newly hired COO to President and CEO of the joint venture.
  • Our client’s need: the President and COO needed an Executive VP to help manage a rapidly growing portfolio of projects in the federal energy and environmental services sector.
  • Our research: we identified multiple highly-talented individuals who had experience with both operations and business management initiatives.
  • The result: the selected candidate had been initially employed by the client and this experience proved decisive. Since being hired, this leader has been called upon on multiple occasions to fill senior positions on an interim basis while organizational changes are implemented at various locations.
  • Our client: a large nuclear decommissioning services company in the UK
  • Their needs: a Plant General Manager, a GM-level candidate to manage the transition of the nuclear site from operations (electricity generation) to safe shutdown and decommissioning.
  • The result: the client selected an experienced GM who served as an expatriate for an extended assignment in the UK. The executive was hired and effectively managed the site transition.
  • Follow up: After the GM hire, KeySource Global was also called up on to find key staff members with very specific nuclear decommissioning experience.
  • Our client’s need:  building their Human Resources both in their corporate environment and nuclear sites, included multiple positions in Training, Organizational Development, Talent Management, HR Management, and HR Business Partners.
  • The results: The relationship built with these individuals evolved into KeySource Global being the “go to” firm when they had Human Capital needs in their organization. This partnership resulted in placements on the operations side in the following areas; Radiation Protection Superintendent, Electrical Maintenance Manager, Risk Modeling Manager and Nuclear Fuel Engineers.
